The ECO-120WT-WS (Model KEN001-12-WT-WS) is designed as a compact workstation table with an added partition panel for improved privacy and focus. The 120×60cm desk provides an ideal workspace for laptops, documents, and office supplies, while the 60×30cm, 9mm-thick partition creates a divided environment for better concentration. This design is perfect for shared offices, study rooms, and corporate workstations where neat separation is needed without compromising style.

The table features a strong 25mm E1-grade melamine top offering durability and long-term scratch resistance. The 18mm melamine side legs add structural stability, ensuring reliable use in busy environments. A drawer and a door cabinet—both with chrome handles—provide essential storage for stationery, documents, and personal items. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, production and delivery will be scheduled according to the lead time specified in the product description. If any clarification or additional information is required, our team will contact you directly.

Custom Orders

We offer customization services for many of our products, including modifications to size, design, color, and finish. Customers may contact us via WhatsApp at 04 3353291 to discuss customization requirements.

If you have your own design or drawing, simply send it to us via WhatsApp and our team will provide a quotation.

Delivery Policy

All deliveries are handled by the Classic Furniture delivery team.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the product ordered and typically range between 3 to 15 working days. The estimated delivery time for each product is displayed on its respective product page or will be informed to you by our salesperson.

To avoid delays, customers are requested to provide a complete delivery address and accurate contact details when placing an order.

Our team may contact you before delivery to confirm your availability and delivery arrangements.

Important Delivery Notes:

  1. Building Access & Permissions: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary building access permits, gate passes, or NOCs are secured prior to the delivery date. Classic Furniture must be notified of any specific delivery timing restrictions or loading bay requirements imposed by your building management. In the event that delivery cannot be completed due to failure to obtain the required permits or lack of access, a re-delivery fee will be applied to cover the costs of the additional trip. 
  2. Access & Installation Requirements: Customers must ensure that
    • Elevators, stairways, and access routes are suitable for moving the furniture into the premises.
    • Any special access requirements are communicated before production begins.
  3. Installation Requirements: Customers must ensure that:
    • Wall Installation: Wall intended for wall-mounted products are strong and concrete and are capable of supporting the installation. Items cannot installation on gypsum by our team. It should be clear of plug points and other items. Classic furniture will not be responsible for damage to hidden wires or pipes, as internal layouts are unknown to us. Wall installation is at customer's risk. 
    • Loft/Bunk Beds: For additional safety and stability, loft beds and bunk beds may require wall mounting. Customers are requested to allow our installation team to perform this procedure where necessary. If customers needs this to be done then they can inform the delivery team at the same time. 
  4. Product Appearance: Product images are provided for illustration purposes only. Minor variations in color, texture, grain pattern, dimensions, and finish may occur due to:
    • Natural material characteristics
    • Manufacturing tolerances
    • Lighting conditions during photography
    • Differences in mobile, tablet, and computer screen displays

  5. Touch ups: Since the furniture is custom made and heavy, certain touch ups maybe required at installation site for issues arising due to transportation issues. These touchups will be done free of cost when informed at the time of delivery.
  6. Storage Limitation: Once a product is ready for delivery, customers are requested to accept delivery within three (3) days of notification. We may not be able to provide extended storage after production is completed. Storage charges will apply at the rate of AED 50 per day if delivery is not accepted within 3 days of notification.
  7. Special requests: If any special requests are there, you can always let us know in advance and we will be happy to help. 

Repairs will be made under the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defect: In the event of a manufacturing defect in product delivered, we will repair / touch up your item without any additional charges. The free repair / touch up will be applicable only if the customer reports the defect at the time of delivery. Additional repair charges may apply if defects are reported by the customer after delivery. 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team via WhatsApp or phone at 04 3353291 (Extension 102).
  2. If an order is cancelled after 24 hours but before delivery, a cancellation and restocking charge equal to 50% of the total order value will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
  3. Once production has been completed, cancellations cannot be accepted and no refund will be provided.

Return Policy: 

As most of our furniture is custom-made or manufactured specifically to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
